Seminar je bil namenjen predvsem dodiplomskim in podiplomskim \u0161tudentom naravoslovnih ved s podro\u010dja mehke snovi, kemije, biologije, znanosti o hrani v povezavi s socialno-ekonomskimi izzivi. Direktorja seminarja sta bila prof.dr. Aleksandra Drozd-Rzoska (IHPP, Var\u0161ava) in prof.dr. Samo Kralj (FNM UM).
