Uro\u0161 Tkalec z Oddelka za fiziko je v sodelovanju z doc.dr. Simonom \u010coparjem s Fakultete za matematiko in fiziko Univerze v Ljubljani in korejskimi raziskovalci pod vodstvom Dong Ki Yoona objavil \u010dlanek &#8220;Periodic Arrays of Chiral Domains Generated from the Self-Assembly of Micropatterned Achiral Lyotropic Chromonic Liquid Crystal&#8221; v reviji ACS Central Science. Revija, ki jo mese\u010dno izdaja American Chemical Society, je zelo ugledna in selektivna na podro\u010dju kemijskih znanosti, saj letno objavi manj kot 200 prispevkov in ima faktor vpliva 12.685.<\/p>\n<p>Avtorji v \u010dlanku poro\u010dajo o kontroliranem tvorjenju kiralnih domen v geometrijsko ograjenih liotropnih teko\u010dih kristalih.
