In order to facilitate their registration and tobestprepare their stay, we would like to draw your attention to our on line application procedure for the Incoming Erasmus students.<\/p>\n<p> \tPlease advise your students to read the<strong><u>on line application<\/u><\/strong>information carefully and to send us all the required documents on time.You will find attached our new contact and organisation details.<\/p>\n<p> \t<strong>APPLICATION PROCEDURE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> \t<strong>Application deadline: 1<sup>st<\/sup>&nbsp; June<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> \tSemester dates: 1<sup>st<\/sup> September&ndash; 15<sup>th<\/sup>January<\/p>\n<p> \t<strong>BEFORE ARRIVAL<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li> \t\t<strong>E-Nomination<\/strong>: students must be nominated by their home institution. There is no official course for<strong>beginners,<\/strong>but there may be one if there are enough demanding students.&nbsp; It will be followed by an<strong>extensive course<\/strong>of 2 hours per week lasting until the end of the semester.&nbsp;The final exam is worth<strong>2 ECTS.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"margin-left: 36pt;\"> \t<strong>! Pay attention! The French course will take place in the building of the IUT and<\/strong><strong><u>not<\/u><\/strong><strong>at the &bdquo;Maison des langues&ldquo;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt;\"> \t<strong>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Accommodation<\/strong>: all students will have a room in one of the campus residences.
