\tDear Erasmus Partners,<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\tWe are writing to you from the International Relations Office at the Universidad Politecnica de Cartagena regarding the wish of our School of Industrial Engineering to offer a training placement in their International Office under the frame of the Erasmus Programme.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\tThis initiative will allow your Erasmus Students to fully participate and understand all the different aspects concerning the running of an International Office, while carrying out the typical tasks related to International Programmes.<\/span><\/em><\/div>\n
\tBelow you will find the details of our proposal:<\/span><\/em><\/div>\n
\tKnowledge, skills and competence to be acquired:<\/span><\/u><\/em>
\t– Language skills (English and Spanish).
\t– Getting familiar with the programme ERASMUS.
\t– Dealing with bilateral agreements with universities all over the world.
\t– Organizing activities for incoming and outgoing students.<\/p>\n

\tDetailed programme of the training period:<\/u><\/span><\/em><\/div>\n

\tAt the beginning the trainee will learn and try to familiarize with the work that is carried at the office. The trainee will participate in the office activities and will learn out the administrative side of the work. Then the trainee will help and assist in the work and processes carried at our International Relations Office at the Technical School of Engineering Industrial (ETSII) and collaborate with the described current activity. The trainee will stay at least 6 months.<\/p>\n

\tTasks of the trainee:<\/u><\/span><\/em><\/div>\n

\t– Help in dealing with international programmes.
\t– Providing students and teachers with information about international programme.<\/span><\/em><\/div>\n
\t– Help in dealing with bilateral agreements with universities all <\/span>over the world.
\t– Help with creating and supervising materials for incoming and outgoing students and professors.
\t– Help in organizing activities for outgoing and incoming students.<\/span><\/em><\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tMonitoring and evaluation plan:<\/span><\/u>
\t– Final evaluation will take place at the end of the training period.<\/p>\n
